Elizabeth is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a deep-rooted passion for dermatology and a lifelong commitment to helping others. Born and raised on Long Island, Elizabeth completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Farmingdale State College, where she was a dedicated student-athlete, playing basketball and participating in community service. After graduation, she worked as a medical assistant at a dermatology office, where her love for dermatology truly began. While she always knew she wanted to become a PA, it was during this time that she realized dermatology was her calling.
Elizabeth went on to complete her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University, where she participated in a 16-week Advanced Clinical Training Program (ACTT) at Allure Dermatology. During this program, she developed the skills to treat a variety of chronic skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis, as well as pigmentation disorders like melasma. She also gained experience in cosmetic dermatology procedures, including chemical peels and laser treatments.

Dr. Krishnan earned his medical degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in Manipal, India, graduating in 1998 with honors. He moved back to New York City for his anesthesiology residency at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn and stayed on as chief resident in anesthesiology.
In 2004, Dr. Krishnan completed his fellowship in pain medicine and regional anesthesia at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC) in Iowa City, Iowa.

Gerald F. Gaughan, MD, is a highly experienced physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at Doctors United, with offices in the West Farms and Wakefield neighborhoods in the White Plains, and Ardsley, New York. After earning his Doctor of Medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center (now known as SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University) in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Gaughan completed a one-year medicine internship at New Rochelle Hospital (now known as Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital) in New Rochelle, New York.
