David is extremely patient and very professional. Informs you every step of the way while administering epidural. I would highly recommend him. I was suffering from extreme pain down my left anterior thigh and lower back as well aShow mores extreme pain while trying to sleep. I went for my second epidural and so far I am feeling 80% better already. I know it takes 2 to 3 weeks for it to kick in, but so far, very positive outcome.

He didn't rush at all; he took his time to do a thorough evaluation and clearly explained the issue to me. He was very Show morepatient and well-mannered, and he set me up with a great PT plan. I never feel rushed when i see Dr. Perna. He listens to me and gives me time to ask my questions. Then we discuss resolutions and possibilities.
Dr. Pern is a consummate professional. I’m always early for doctors appointments. He could’ve chosen to just let me sit there until my appointment time, and yet he worked me in early. He even offered to have a conversation with my pain management doctor down here in Monmouth County. Maybe help him map out future treatments for me.
Dr. Perna and his staff are the best
Dr. Perna took his time during my visit and Explained to me my issues and demonstrated the procedure he would perform to remedy those issues.
He has helped me tremendously over the last couple of years. He listens to his patients which unfortunately today a lot of doctors don’t do.

Dr. Perna is an outstanding doctor that truly cares about healing his patients. I’ve been to him for various sports injuries, back and knees. He provides care to make me feel better and fix the root of the problems. I highly recommend him!

Over the past 9 months Dr. Perna has work with me to go from not being to walk for more than a few minutes without pain to now to be able to walk all through Costco and do other errands without that very painful groin & leg pain.
