He is also an Olympic Weightlifter & understands what strength athletes do, unlike other doctors who have no idea. As a healthcare provider myself I understand the technical terminology. Still, he can express it to those who do not have similar backgrounds & makes it very easy for anyone to understand. I highly recommend him to anyone in need & have referred many people. Read less

Dr. Perna is the best, diagnosed my problem correctly the very 1st time, took a precaution & ordered MRI to confirm & be sure it wasn’t another area, explaining everything in detail, spends time & doesn’t rush.
His staff & front desk are wonderful, personable & professional. I never wait more than 10-15 to see him & get appointments that are convenient for me as I live 1-3/4 hrs from his office & the office always accommodate my timeframe.
