I have lived in Nevada for the majority of my life and am a graduate of UNR with a Bachelor of Science in Health Ecology. I have been a Physical Therapist in the state of NV for the last five years and graduated from the University of the Pacific with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. I enjoy doing manual therapy and incorporating functional exercises to get patients back to what they love.
I enjoy being active and enjoy yoga, HIIT/circuit training, running, and have participated in multiple half marathons and numerous 5Ks and 10Ks.
I am a new mom and have an eight month old son and two Labrador retrievers, my husband and I are hoping to make the move from Elko, NV and make Reno our permanent home!
As a clinician, Tiffany’s experience is with orthopedics. In treatment she uses various concepts and lessons from Pilates, utilizing core stabilization and the three Pilates Apparatus: The Reformer, The Trapeze Table/Cadillac and the Combo Chair. She also strongly emphasizes patient education on body mechanics and movement strategies to promote joint protection and efficiency in movement. Her treatment philosophy is based on patient/family education and promoting self management and injury prevention. On a personal note, Tiffany also enjoys many outdoor activities. She can often be found hiking in the Chugach Mountains, fishing on the Russian or Kenai Rivers, camping all over the state and running on the Coastal Trail with her three daughters and her dog O
