Hi! My name is Denise. But you can call me D, or Dr. D. I have been a pediatric physical therapist since 2006. I love working with children and will gladly tell you that adults bore me! I am a wife, a mom to 3, and grandmother to 2. I currently have 2 pups, and 1 old lady cat who is very much stuck in her old lady ways.
I am an endurance athlete and have participated in half marathons, triathlons and even Ironman events. I have brightly colored hair that changes color frequently, but currently is purple. But if you are curious my favorite color is orange, and yes, my hair was that color for a while too.
I am currently a CME II certified therapist. I have also been trained and certified in Therasuit Method and the Universal Exercise Unit . I have a passion for Assistive Technology and received my ATACP from Cal State Northridge in April of 2021 to be able to help my clients just that much more.

Anthony Lee, MD, believes in finding the best non-operative and personalized treatment for every patient at Synergy Rehabilitation & Wellness Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a physiatrist, Dr. Lee holds board certification in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as the subspecialty of pain medicine. He has extensive training and experience in the benefits of physical therapy, and as a holistic practitioner, he helps patients maintain wellness with nutritional and lifestyle support.
Dr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts in microbiology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Then he returned home to Georgia, where he received a Master of Science in Microbiology from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
After finishing his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia, Dr. Lee completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During his training, he proudly served as chief resident for two years. Dr. Lee went on to complete a sports medicine and interventional spine fellowship at Southwest Spine and Sports in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Since 2010, Dr. Lee has been named a Top Doc seven times by Phoenix Magazine, most recently in 2016 and 2019. He has served as a board member for the Maricopa County Medical Society and as the President of the Arizona Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. At the national level, he has served on and chaired the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Presidents Council Executive Committee.
Dr. Lee has served in many community organizations, including as a board member for Asian Corporate and Entrepreneur Leaders, a group that focuses on developing leaders from the Asian American community. More recently, he served on the Board of Trustees for the Arizona Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Dr. Kyle earned his Bachelor’s in exercise physiology in 2009 from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI) and his Doctorate in physical therapy in 2012 from A.T. Still University (Mesa, AZ).In September 2013 Dr. Kyle completed A.T. The essence of my role at One Accord PT is in facilitating learning and growth in both patients and staff members. As a therapist I feel it is important to hear my patient’s story/experience, ask follow-up questions for clarity, perform a thorough physical examination and finally provide solutions that result in a successful outcome for the patient (resolution of pain, improved range of motion, improved strength, increased knowledge of their condition and access to supporting materials/tools). As a clinical mentor in A.T.STILL University’s orthopedic residency program, I spend 4 days a week working with our clinical experts on honing their critical thinking and decision-making skills so that our patient’s at OAPT receive the best possible care and service.
What are some of your personal interests, outside of work?
I love spending time with my wife and dog outdoors hiking, biking and especially rock climbing.I have been an athlete all my life and I love to be on the soccer field.If I have to be inside I like cooking, eating ice cream, and reading.
