I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy in New York City with additional experience in the personal training industry. Julia Shinkle, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG is an orthopedic physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine in Lawrenceville, NJ.

Julia graduated from the University of Dallas in 2018 with a BS in Biology. At UD, she played on the women's lacrosse team and worked with the Special Olympics. A NJ native, Julia returned to the East Coast after college to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Temple University, graduating in 2021. Dr. Winnie Yu is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation. Her goal is to guide her patients through rehab to safely return to their sport and goals of interest. Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. Stelios Liotopoulos, PTA joined Reddy Care Physical Therapy in December of 2008, however, he began practicing in 1994. Stelios enjoys his career and his ability to interact with his patients. Stelios moved to the United States in 1989 when he was 22 years old and began working for his uncle in the fur import and export business. While working there, he attended classes to learn English. In his free time, he played soccer as it was a passion of his since he was young. Stelios played on a semi-professional team in both Greece and the US, and his passion for sports spurred his interest in physical education and exercise physiology which he studied at Queens College. Over time, he because more familiar with physical therapy as a profession and later switched majors to pursue his degree as a physical therapy assistant from LaGuardia Community College. Over the last 25 years, he has been practicing physical therapy. Stelios has also taken many continuing education courses that involve manual techniques. The techniques he has learned allow him to enhance the way he treats his patients and help to improve their recovery to get them back to their daily activities free from pain and discomfort.
