Dr. Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.

Dr. Biscoe graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Dr. Biscoe continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Dr. Biscoe gained valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care trauma and pediatrics.  Growing up as an athlete Dr. Biscoe has always had a passion for sports, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved.

Dr. Rivi earned her credentials as a Registered Physical Therapist in 1983. She later completed a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hunter College, NY, in 1991 and earned her PhD in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2000.

Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona. 

Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests. 

Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care. Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists.
