After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian – The University Hospital of Columbia & Cornell, serving as a Chief Resident. After extensive post residency training and clinical experiences in musculoskeletal medicine, she became Director of Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at New Jersey Pain Management -The Spine, Sports and Pain Medicine Center. Dr. Polesin specializes in helping individuals recover from acute and chronic injuries. Her expertise in non-operative spine and orthopedic medicine, combined with large clinical acumen of neurologic and rheumatologic conditions and board certifications in Pain and Sports Medicine set her aside from many narrowly-trained physicians as a comprehensive specialist in all aspects of conservative neuromusculoskeletal care. Dr Polesin is truly a wonderful doc who has helped me manage chronic pain without pain meds. She injects Dysport into my trigger points which has enabled me to live my life almost pain free.
