Stelios Liotopoulos, PTA joined Reddy Care Physical Therapy in December of 2008, however, he began practicing in 1994. Stelios enjoys his career and his ability to interact with his patients. Stelios moved to the United States in 1989 when he was 22 years old and began working for his uncle in the fur import and export business. While working there, he attended classes to learn English. In his free time, he played soccer as it was a passion of his since he was young. Stelios played on a semi-professional team in both Greece and the US, and his passion for sports spurred his interest in physical education and exercise physiology which he studied at Queens College. Over time, he because more familiar with physical therapy as a profession and later switched majors to pursue his degree as a physical therapy assistant from LaGuardia Community College. Over the last 25 years, he has been practicing physical therapy. Stelios has also taken many continuing education courses that involve manual techniques. The techniques he has learned allow him to enhance the way he treats his patients and help to improve their recovery to get them back to their daily activities free from pain and discomfort.
Dr. Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.
Dr. Biscoe graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Dr. Biscoe continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Dr. Biscoe gained valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care trauma and pediatrics. Growing up as an athlete Dr. Biscoe has always had a passion for sports, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved.
Dr. Biscoe has plans to continue learning with interests in manual therapy, pediatrics and neuro-rehabilitation
When she’s not at the clinic Dr. Biscoe enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, watching hockey, going to concerts and lifting weights at the gym.
Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. At his practice, the Princeton Pain and Spine Institute, located in Lawrenceville and Edgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Yanamadula helps his patients from throughout Mercer County to find relief from the pain associated with accident related injury, shingles, migraines, issues with the spine, neck, back, and other joints.
He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
He furthered his education to pursue a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Yanamadula’s multidisciplinary approach caters to each individual in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. He has successfully treated thousands of patients, ridding them of their pain, without having to resort to surgery. Dr. Yanamadula’s special interests are in the area of low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and in the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain.
Many different modalities are utilized at Princeton Pain and Spine Institute ranging from medication utilization to optimize pain relief, to implementing a physical therapy program tailored to the individual's condition and if those modalities are not effective than minimally invasive procedures may be used. If these treatments are not effective, Dr. Yanamadula will then make every effort to guide you in the right direction for further care.

Fluoroscopically guided injections along the spine – helps alleviate low back and neck pain
Trigger point injections – helps in the management of myofascial pain joint
Joint and soft tissue injections – used in the upper and lower extremities in treating joint and muscle disorders
Other diagnostic tools utilized are NCV/EMG studies when warranted
In his previous practice, Dr. Yanamadula developed a ‘Center of Excellence’ – such that his commitment to patient care and excellence in his craft as the reason that he was selected by St. Jude Medical, Neuromodulation Division, to train physicians from around the country in neuromodulation techniques. His practice was one of the three centers in Florida that were honored with this distinction.
Dr. Emily earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She has experience working with a wide range of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, balance/gait and vestibular disorders. Emily takes a collaborative and compassionate approach to care, empowering her clients to become the best version of themselves. She takes a personalized approach, tailoring every session to her clients’ unique goals and needs to deliver truly individualized care. Her experience as a competitive gymnast instilled in her the importance of consistency, hard work, and embracing challenges—principles she now brings to her clinical practice.
Her special interests include post-operative rehab and strength and conditioning. Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys HIIT and Pilates classes, going down the shore, finding new coffee shops, and spending time with her niece.
Dr. Tomokazu Kato, DPT, PT, CIDN, FRCms is a physical therapist dedicated to optimizing human performance across all levels, from elite athletes to everyday movers. With extensive experience working within New York City’s martial arts community, he has helped professional boxers, kickboxers, MMA fighters, and multiple-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champions perform at their best.
Blending his expertise in performance rehabilitation, manual therapy, and movement optimization, Dr. Kato tailors each program to meet the unique demands of his clients’ sport and lifestyle. His approach integrates strength and conditioning, functional range conditioning, and evidence-based recovery methods to help athletes move efficiently, recover faster, and prevent injury.
A lifelong martial artist and black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Dr. Kato is also a 3-time IBJJF Masters World Champion and Pan American Champion.
