Dr. Courtney Brown received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in 2013. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology in 2009 from University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Courtney has worked in a wide variety of physical therapy settings, but her interests are focused in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Courtney believes physical therapy is essential after injury to correct dysfunctions that translate into inefficient movements, which would otherwise compromise athletic performance. Courtney is passionate about keeping up with current research studies to maximize her patients' outcomes. She is a foot specialist and has worked with various dysfunctions such as plantar fascitiis, cuboid syndrome, and achilles tendonitis. Courtney enjoys running as a healthy form of exercise.
