Dr. Caryn McAllister earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1995, Doctorate from Simmons College in 2012 and Harvard Certification in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard University in 2025. Dr. McAllister started her career at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and quickly began working in homecare in 1996, the same year she developed a brain tumor that required brain surgery. Caryn’s personal and professional experiences motivated her to provide a better environment for people to achieve optimal health & wellness.
A specialist in movement, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, Dr. McAllister’s passions lie in management of complex medical conditions, pain management, pelvic floor rehab, spasticity, headache, clinical research, medical advocacy, EDS and other connective tissue disorders and mental health.
