Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.
Dr. Stanline Anto, PT, DPT received his Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and his Doctorate from Utica college in NY. Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.
Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care. His favorite condition to treat would include any neurological condition (Parkinoson's, MS etc.) as he is able to utilize his knowledge to help improve these patients' functional ability.
Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona.
Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests.
Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India. He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013. He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.
About Maitreyi Shukla, DPT, Board-Certified Clinical Geriatric Physical Therapist GCS
Dr. Maitreyi Shukla, PT, DPT, MS, Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist has over 10 years of experience. She finished her undergraduate studies in India and since has unending dedication towards patient care while working in various clinical settings with a focus on evidence-based care. She came to the USA to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in orthopedic rehabilitation. Since her graduation, she has worked in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on hands-on care while helping complex patients suffering from a myriad of problems achieve their goals. She simultaneously has pursued her passion for learning by achieving her DPT as well as on keeping her education current while pursuing various programs including taping, PNF, and manual therapy. She most recently was named as a board-certified clinical specialist in geriatrics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities (ABPTS) of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). A specialist certification that formally recognizes physical therapists who show sincere dedication to pursuing excellence in care with advanced knowledge. She enjoys having conversations with her patients, traveling, reading, and restoring old furniture in her spare time.
Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.
Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.
Sara graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Additionally Sara was a student ambassador and tour guide as well. Sara continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Sara gained valuable experience in the outpatient orthopedics setting, as well as acute care trauma and pediatrics. Growing up as an athlete Sara has always had a passion for athletics, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved.
Sara has plans to continue learning with interests in manual therapy as well as neuro-rehabilitation.
When she’s not at the clinic Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, watching hockey, going to concerts and lifting weights at the gym.
Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. At his practice, the Princeton Pain and Spine Institute, located in Lawrenceville and Edgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Yanamadula helps his patients from throughout Mercer County to find relief from the pain associated with accident related injury, shingles, migraines, issues with the spine, neck, back, and other joints.
He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
He furthered his education to pursue a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Yanamadula’s multidisciplinary approach caters to each individual in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. He has successfully treated thousands of patients, ridding them of their pain, without having to resort to surgery. Dr. Yanamadula’s special interests are in the area of low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and in the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain.

Daniel Giordano, PT, DPT, CSCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is the co-founder / chief medical officer of Bespoke Treatments, specializing in performance medicine. He is currently on the Advisory Board for Men’s Health Magazine and an advisor for numerous other sports medicine brands, such as Mueller Sports Medicine.
