Early in his career, he was exposed to Eastern medicine and taught clinical structural anatomy assessment at the Eastern School of Acupuncture in Essex County New Jersey. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to collaborate with Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners Jason Sargis, LAc, and Christine Marcarian, LAc, to create a holistic approach combining Western and Eastern philosophies.

Dr. Sigal obtained his initial physiotherapy qualification in New Zealand, which is the birthplace of Mulligan manual therapy technique, and a Doctorate in Physical therapy from ATSU university in Arizona. Dr. Sigal has been practicing in the United States for over 13 years working in the fields of musculoskeletal, respiratory, neurological, geriatric and pediatric areas of physical therapy.
