Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. She came to the USA to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in orthopedic rehabilitation. Stelios moved to the United States in 1989 when he was 22 years old and began working for his uncle in the fur import and export business. While working there, he attended classes to learn English. In his free time, he played soccer as it was a passion of his since he was young. Stelios played on a semi-professional team in both Greece and the US, and his passion for sports spurred his interest in physical education and exercise physiology which he studied at Queens College. Over time, he because more familiar with physical therapy as a profession and later switched majors to pursue his degree as a physical therapy assistant from LaGuardia Community College. Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona. 

Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests. 

Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
