She completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, with a certificate in couples and family therapy from the Ponce Health Sciences University, also in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Ruiz has over three years of postdoctoral experience in assessing and diagnosing Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, Anxiety, and Depression, among other mental health disorders in the pediatric population. Natalie graduated from the University of South Florida with her doctorate in School Psychology, with a concentration in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. She has training in evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral parent training.
Prior to working at AKP, she worked in Duval County Public Schools and worked in Pre-K Disabilities. She is passionate about serving children/adolescents and families by teaching skills and promoting positive environmental supports at home and in school. Her goal is to help strengthen the support system surrounding youth by working together with their families, educators, and medical providers.
Olivia Hernandez-Gonzalez, LP, NCSP, TF-CBT, PCIT, is a licensed psychologist at Angel Kids Pediatrics in Jacksonville, Amelia Island, and Saint Johns, Florida. She is a certified trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy specialist and certified in parent-child interaction therapy.
Dr. Hernandez-Gonzalez grew up in Cuba, speaking fluent English and Spanish. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida (UNF) in Jacksonville with a Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology. She attended the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, where she obtained several graduate degrees in School Psychology.
Dr. Hernandez-Gonzalez completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology at the prestigious Munroe-Meyer Institute at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln. Her work includes assessment and therapy services for multiple disorders in children and adolescents in hospitals, primary care clinics, and schools. She has also received extensive training in administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) and has many years of experience in evaluation, assessment, and psychotherapy. After completing her training, she relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, and joined the Angel Kids Pediatrics team.
Dr. Hernandez-Gonzalez feels passionate about promoting integrated behavioral health in pediatric primary care, increasing access to mental health services for families of diverse backgrounds, and has been a change-maker and leader in normalizing treatment for mental health services.

Besides his doctorate, he has a post-doctoral master's in Clinical Psychopharmacology and a separate master's in Mental Health Counseling. In March of 2018, he passed the Psychopharmacology Examination for Psychologists. Only a tiny percentage of psychologists in the nation have this distinction. Dr. Rossilli is the only Board Certified Medical Psychologist in the Jacksonville area. He has helped countless people regain control of their lives and heal from cognitive and emotional wounds.
