Learning and education have always been of importance to Dr. Curtis. He earned his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, followed by his Master of Health, Exercise, and Sport Science at The Citadel in Charleston.
A few years later he received his Chiropractic Degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, in 2019 as well as his license to practice as a Chiropractic Physician in South Carolina.
From 2015 to 2019, Dr. Curtis worked as a Chiropractic Physican at AC Spine & Wellness in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In 2022 he relocated to South Carolina and began working as a Chiropractic Physician at Mt. Pleasant Health Center and within the same year joined Medicus Spine & Joint as a Chiropractic Physician and Managing Partner.
His credentials include the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Parts I, II, III, IV and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Physiotherapy.
He is skilled in providing treatment for Personal Injufry, Workers Compensation, and Major Medical patients. He reviews patients medical histories and consults with their providers to get patients the best care possible.

Daniel Nemeth, MD, is the owner and an interventional spine specialist at Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC serving the Charleston community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He was trained in a conservative approach to physical medicine and spine care, and he can appropriately recognize when surgical intervention is necessary. He believes in a diagnostic approach in order to find the exact cause of your problem. Dr. Nemeth's conservative approach enables him to provide targeted therapy so that the maximal benefit can be achieved.
Dr. Nemeth grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. From there, he attended medical school at St. Matthew's University on Grand Cayman. Dr. Nemeth completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois. It was there that he developed an interest in spine care and in performing interventional spinal procedures. He went on to complete an Interventional Spine Fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA).
Dr. Nemeth is a board-certified physiatrist who has been trained to become an expert in the field of spine care and to master interventional techniques throughout the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Nemeth founded Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC in October 2014.
Away from the office, Dr. Nemeth enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, daughter, Anderson, and their golden doodle, Cayman.
