Dr. Nemeth's practice worked for me on several levels. First, I'm in town for work, I've never visited this part of the country, and I've never seen a doctor about the pain which had begun to interfere with my ability to do my joShow moreb. So, the website and marketing language it conveys was the only thing I had to choose from a list of providers. Needless to say, it worked and was the reason I chose Dr. Nemeth. Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious I had chosen well. The staff exhibited what I consider a near perfect mixture of professionalism and personality. They took some X-rays, which Zach from Dr. Nemeth's office went over with me thoroughly, explaining what everything was, and how he thought they would treat me. Then came the big day for me to get a big shot. Dr. Nemeth set my expectations like the expert he is...accurately. The whole procedure, from arrival to walking out the door, took less than an hour. Because Dr. Nemeth told me exactly what to expect, I was absolutely thrilled, but not surprised to immediately discover I was able to walk with zero pain for the first time in as long as I can remember. Unfortunately the Lidocaine (I think) wore off around 3 hours later, but since then my hip has hurt a little less every day, and I'm confident this trend will continue. I think if you've lower back or arthritic joint problems, you're torturing yourself unnecessarily by delaying a visit to Dr. Nemeth. He's a straight shooter who will do his best for you, which as I can attest is pretty darn great.
Dr Nemeth is the BEST I have been a patient for many years. Recently I Faced what I concidered a lousy choice for my torn meniscus. I learned that no one would surgically repair my knee. For the ortho drs there was only 1 choice wShow morehich was to was to replace my painful knees. Dr Nemeth took the time to explained to me that in fact my knees were a mess and would probably have to be replaced eventually Dr Nemeth suggested an ablation...today I could not be more pleased. The procedure was pretty much pain free and even if the benefits of the procedure only last a year or 2, that's fine! I will have enjoyed lots relatively pain free golf and we will cross that bridge when I'm ready to go thru the lengthy and painful knee replacement. I love Dr. Nemeth and his staff.
Daniel Nemeth, MD, is the owner and an interventional spine specialist at Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC serving the Charleston community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He was trained in a conservative approach to physical medicine and spine care, and he can appropriately recognize when surgical intervention is necessary. He believes in a diagnostic approach in order to find the exact cause of your problem. Dr. Nemeth's conservative approach enables him to provide targeted therapy so that the maximal benefit can be achieved.
Dr. Nemeth grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. From there, he attended medical school at St. Matthew's University on Grand Cayman. Dr. Nemeth completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois. It was there that he developed an interest in spine care and in performing interventional spinal procedures. He went on to complete an Interventional Spine Fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA).
Dr. Nemeth is a board-certified physiatrist who has been trained to become an expert in the field of spine care and to master interventional techniques throughout the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Nemeth founded Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC in October 2014.
Away from the office, Dr. Nemeth enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, two children, and their golden doodle, Cayman.

Another very positive appointment with TEAM NEMETH. The more I work with Dr NEMETH and his staff the more impressed I am. We're working our way into isolating the cause of debilitating back pain that has limited my quality of life for well over 30 years.
Office staff was very welcoming. Dr Nemeth explained everything, was very thorough.
The staff at Signe Spine is top notch as well as Dr. Nemeth. His kind and gentle disposition makes you immediately at ease when getting the injection and I trust him completely . Brooke Chianella, FNP-C, is who I see for follow up appts. and is very thorough with a genuine concern for you. I can't say enough of good things about my experience here. If you are in need of pain relief, you should give Dr. Nemeth a try. You want be disappointed.
