I love Dr. Nemeth. And Michael Winter PA-C. Both medical professional have awesome pain and spinal knowledge, focus on you as an individual, offer pain control options with a clear explanation and education, they also have the wShow moreisdom to make referral options if necessary and of course, both are loaded with great people skills. The staff is flexible and interchangeable and they always make you comfortable, welcome and confident no matter the patient load.
I had a very sore hip from an injury and arthritis. Dr Nemeth gave me a cortisone shot under X-ray to get to exact spot and the relief the first time was incredible. Daniel Nemeth, MD, is the owner and an interventional spine specialist at Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC serving the Charleston community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He was trained in a conservative approach to physical medicine and spine care, and he can appropriately recognize when surgical intervention is necessary. He believes in a diagnostic approach in order to find the exact cause of your problem. Dr. Nemeth's conservative approach enables him to provide targeted therapy so that the maximal benefit can be achieved.
Dr. Nemeth grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. From there, he attended medical school at St. Matthew's University on Grand Cayman. Dr. Nemeth completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois. It was there that he developed an interest in spine care and in performing interventional spinal procedures. He went on to complete an Interventional Spine Fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA).
Dr. Nemeth is a board-certified physiatrist who has been trained to become an expert in the field of spine care and to master interventional techniques throughout the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Nemeth founded Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC in October 2014.
Away from the office, Dr. Nemeth enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, daughter, Anderson, and their golden doodle, Cayman.

My experience at Signe Spine is always excellent. My ablation was perfect from the IV to the actual ablation. Everyone is professional and kind. They always explain what they are doing. Always a phone call the next day to follow up. Highly recommend.

Great people everyone is supper nice. Had a lot of stuff done to my back at MUSC. With little results but Dr Nemeth got to the problem 1 st time. Doing a test run to make sure he got the right spot. He did. Hope to get it permanently fixed.
