So much of life's suffering comes not only from the events (traumas, grief, adjustment/transitions, pressure, stress), but our response to the events. Pain, rejection, avoidance, guilt, shame, anxiety, depression - we spend a great deal of time and effort attempting to escape from these places, and yet something truly powerful can happen when we begin to learn how to live functional, collaborative, fulfilling lives with them, rather than attempting to escape.

In our work together, the goal is to walk side-by-side toward a more fulfilling life! I believe that everyone's unique background, lifestyle, and psychological needs merit an individualized approach.
