Getting an in office appointment may prove to be difficult so I highly recommend doing the virtual sessions which are more convenient for both the patient and the therapist. My first session went great and I look forward to continuing therapy. I would highly recommend Help to Adjust.
I enjoy sessions with Tasha .we often discuss strategies that will help me work on goals that I have set.For example; I don't deal well with rejection. However, I now know how to analyze the situation and resolve the matter then I am to move forward.
My therapist was very down to earth, honest & a great listener. Monday was our first session, which was an introduction and us getting to know each other. She also gave great guidance during our 1st session.
