I appreciate the services that I receive from Help To Adjust I am grateful for the time , the patience and dedication to Service from my therapist and from the staff that show up to address concerns that I have. It’s very important to have services that are in locations where there is transportation available and also providing therapy virtually tailored to a flexible schedule, (which I need). And a great benefit is having a community based service that accepts various insurances.

Getting an in office appointment may prove to be difficult so I highly recommend doing the virtual sessions which are more convenient for both the patient and the therapist. My first session went great and I look forward to continuing therapy. I would highly recommend Help to Adjust.
