Sliding Fee Scale

LaSante Health Center provides quality medical and dental services to everyone, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and various commercial insurance plans. Insured and uninsured patients may be eligible for discounted rates on a sliding fee scale, based on annual income and family size. Staff are available to assist patients in determining eligibility for participating in the sliding fee scale discount program. Dr. Steven Kalendariov has a true passion for Endodontics, which he discovered during his residency at Woodhull Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Alexander Kimon earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, after graduating from New York University for his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Chemistry. His extensive research in basic science as a collegiate garnered him Harvard Medical School’s Paul Dudley White Fellowship to continue his research as a pre-doctoral dental student.
