Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed his surgical-based training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. The practice first opened in 1976 in the original World Trade Center, founded by Dr. Marchitto and Dr. Longo. The practice lost its building and few of its patients in the tragic incident on 9/11, yet moved to another location and survived with the help of loyal patients.
