“Nicole is great, and I have had very good experiences with her with my care. She is thorough and conscientious. She went out of her way to make sure I was clear about the procedure I recently had. The office, however, is another story. I just went to my latest appointment with her and the office told me, upon arrival, that I didn’t have an appt. When I pressed them to explain why I had it in my calendar, they dug deeper and realized that I did have an appt. on the “old system” that hadn’t transferred over. You would think that someone would be in charge of checking to make sure there was consistency with the old and new system as they transferred over. But that was not the case. Also, instead of talking to Nicole and seeing if she could fit us in, especially since this was a follow up to the procedure, they just told us we would have to make new appointments. This was after we traveled 45 minutes to the appointment. The apology we got was “I see how it’s frustrating for you, but I hope you see how it’s frustrating for us.” That is not how this should work. There is no consequence for you disrupting my day, costing me time and money to get out there, with absolutely no real apology. Other family members have had similar experiences here. I would recommend Nicole, but I also hope that she finds a new practice to align herself with. ”
