Dr. Chang earned his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed his dermatology residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he developed extensive expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery, complex facial reconstruction, and the management of high-risk skin cancers.

Throughout his training and academic career, Dr. Chang has received numerous honors recognizing his clinical excellence, research accomplishments, and commitment to advancing dermatologic surgery. His distinctions include the American College of Mohs Surgery Foundation Research Mentorship Award and the Columbia University F. Lowenfish Prize in Dermatology. He has also received research grants from the Melanoma Research Foundation, American Medical Association, and New York Academy of Medicine.

Stephanie Carmean, MD, FAAD is a native of Northwest Indiana and is thrilled to serve the community she knows and loves. Dr. Carmean graduated with highest distinction from Indiana University with a degree in Journalism. She went on to obtain her doctorate in medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine and then completed her dermatology residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she served as academic chief resident. Throughout her years of medical training, she published in several peer-reviewed journals and was active in volunteering and teaching. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Dermatology, the Chicago Dermatological Society, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.

Dr.Carmean's clinical interests include pediatric and adult conditions including acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, psoriasis, and skin cancer prevention.
