Sanna Ronkainen, M.D, F.A.A.D. is a board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Ronkainen is a Northern Virginia native, born and raised in Fairfax County. She graduated from St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, and earned her B.A. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation from Rice, she was awarded a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship--a grant to pursue research through travel in a topic of personal interest--studying type 1 diabetes. Juan-Carlos (J.C.) Caballero, MD, FAAD is board certified in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. He leads the team at Warrenton Dermatology & Skin Therapy Center in Warrenton, Virginia.

Danielle earned her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Maryland (Baltimore) and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to her Physician Assistant studies, Danielle obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology while playing Division I field hockey at Davidson College in North Carolina.

Dr. Omolara Olowoyeye, MD, MPH, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist at Radiance Dermatology, a premier cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology practice in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Olowoyeye earned her bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Cell, and Developmental biology from the Ivy League Dartmouth College and later went on to earn a Master’s in Public Health degree.

She earned her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Dermatology. Alina Gerasymova is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. She graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in biology from Donetsk State University in Ukraine. Earlier in her professional life, she had careers in science education and advertising before moving to the United States in 2008.

Alina earned her Physician Assistant certificate from Anne Arundel Community College and a Master of Health Science from the University of Maryland in 2017. Since November 2017, Alina has been dedicated to dermatology, performing full-body skin examinations, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments. She evaluates and manages a wide range of dermatologic conditions and has a particular interest in acne, rosacea, and hair loss. She is also a strong proponent of proactive screening and early detection of skin cancers.

Josef Yeager, MD, FAAD, is an experienced board-certified dermatologist serving patients at Shady Grove Dermatology in Rockville, Maryland. Dr. Yeager has been practicing in Maryland since 1990. 

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his internship at Spartanburg Regional Hospital in South Carolina.

Dr. Yeager served in the United States Navy, where he trained as an aviation medical officer. Later, he completed his residency in dermatology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and became a member of the teaching staff there. 

Besides treating patients, he contributed to resident education and published over 50 articles on research studies and case reports. He was the principal investigator on two research projects that the National Institutes of Health sponsored; he taught as an associate professor of dermatology at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, and he was an assistant professor of clinical dermatology at Georgetown University. 

Dr. Yeager also enjoyed serving as a dermatology consultant to the United States Congress. In addition, he was a reviewer for the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. 

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and a member of the International Society of Dermatology, the Washington D.C.
