After earning his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Brancaccio completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Brancaccio is board-certified in dermatology, and he is a clinical professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. When he’s not tending to patients at SINY® or teaching future dermatologists, he lectures on dermatology-related topics and has authored more than 40 scholarly publications, primarily on the subject of skin allergies.
Currently serving on the board of directors of the American Contact Dermatitis Society and the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Brancaccio has also served as president of the New York Dermatologic Society, the Bay Ridge Medical Society, and the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, He maintains active memberships in those professional organizations as well as the American Academy of Dermatology and the Annenberg Circle Committee for the Dermatology Foundation, which supports vital dermatology research. Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. Phyllis Skolnik, MD, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist at Luminary Dermatology. The dermatology practice has 10 locations, and Dr. Skolnik sees patients at the Kendall office in Miami, Florida.
After earning her medical degree from New York Medical College (NYMC) in Valhalla, New York, Dr. Skolnik underwent residency at The University of Miami’s School of Medicine in Miami.
Following these accomplishments, she completed a year-long fellowship training in treating acne vulgaris. Since then, Dr. Skolnik has been practicing dermatology for nearly 50 years and applying her dermatological skills in Miami.

Mr. Eric Bussear is a certified Physician Assistant working with Luminary Dermatology. He provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care in the Aventura, Kendall, and Homestead locations. He is a Clinical Professor and Preceptor in the Physician Assistant Programs at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and Miami Dade College in Miami.
Mr. Bussear began his medical career as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy serving 6 years of active duty, he continued his studies earning both his Bachelor of Science as a Physician Assistant and his Master of Public Health degrees at Nova Southeastern University. He has been in practice for 28 years and has performed many surgical and cosmetic procedures. Well versed in the diagnosis and management of multiple medical skin disorders including Psoriasis, Acne, Rosacea, Melasma, Skin Cancer(s) and Mole Checks/Skin Exams using the latest treatment options, including biologics. He also provides cosmetic consultations, Dermal Fillers, Botox, and Laser Treatment.
Mr. Bussear has participated as a sub-investigator in many clinical studies of mild to moderate acne, inflammatory rosacea, acne vulgaris, diabetic neuropathic foot ulcers, actinic keratosis, concomitant onychomycosis, and many more. He has served on the editorial boards of several journals and as a reviewer for others while publishing his own works. He has also presented several scientific posters and given many lecture. Dr. Brazen is a native Floridian from Clearwater, FL. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University before moving back home to complete his Master's degree in Medical Sciences at the University of South Florida. Dr. Brazen went on to complete medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and subsequently stayed in Southeast Florida to complete his three-year Dermatology Residency at Broward Health Medical Center.
There he received extensive training in general and complex medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, injectable fillers, lasers, and Botox. During his residency, Dr. Brazen was elected to serve as Academic chief resident, an honor awarded to the top residents in their class. During his residency, Dr. Brazen published papers in many academic journals and was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Florida Academy of Dermatology. Additionally, he serves as a delegate for the Florida Medical Association. Outside of the office, Dr. Brazen is an avid golfer, scuba diver, and fisherman. He loves to spend time with his family and their pet Sheepadoodle, Goose.
Ashley Llera is a board-certified Physician assistant who brings not only extensive dermatology experience but also a deep understanding of her native South Florida community. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to providing exceptional care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned her degree in 2012 and was an active member of the TriBeta Biological Honor Society. She went on to complete her Physician Assistant education at Florida International University, graduating in 2017 as part of the inaugural class. Ashley’s accomplishments during her time at FIU include Capstone Research Gold Level Excellence, Second Overall Clinical Year Performance, and the Peer Award of Excellence.
With over 7 years of experience in dermatology, Ashley has worked alongside Dr. Joseph Seber in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology. Her clinical expertise and compassionate approach to patient care have earned her the trust of many.
Ashley is also a Diplomate Fellow with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and serves as a preceptor for Physician Assistant students from Barry University, helping to shape the future of dermatology practice.
Joseph F Seber, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist at Luminary Dermatology. Dr Seber sees patients at the North Miami Beach, Florida location.
After earning his undergraduate degree from Rutgers and his medical degree from Boston University of Medicine, Dr Seber completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at U.S Public Heath Servies Hospital University of Maryland Medical Center. He completed his Residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
He will continue seeing patients in the same location in North Miami Beach where he has practiced since 1985.
Dr Seber is a member of several medical associations including the American Medical Association, The American Academy of Dermatology and the Dade County Medical Association.
