Dr. Anthony Badame grew up in San Jose, California. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in dermatology at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
Dr. Badame's achievements include Tulane University's Top Medical Graduate Award, election into Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and Louisiana's Outstanding Dermatologic Research Award. He was chosen among his peers as a Top Doctor of Silicon Valley and was elected into the prestigious Best Doctors of America.
Dr. Badame is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
He is adjunct clinical assistant professor at Stanford University and is on the medical staff at O'Connor Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Badame belongs to the Santa Clara County Medical Association and the California Medical Association.
My journey into Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery was fueled by a lecture from Mohs Surgeon Dr. Tatyana Humphreys at Jefferson Medical College. Her impact on patients mirrored my aspirations. This specialty, blending meticulous surgical techniques with skin preservation, empowers me to enhance lives through medical, surgical, and cosmetic care. For 15 years in San Jose, and nearly 20 years overall, I've performed surgeries for over 7,000 patients across five states and three countries, and provided care for over 15,000 others. Additionally, I developed a skincare line, collaborating with experts to offer top-quality products to my patients.
