Devin Harrod, MSN, FNP-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner providing patient-centered care at Kessel Dermatology in Hamilton Square, New Jersey. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University.

Devin brings over 13 years of experience within the same dermatology practice, where she began her career as a medical assistant. Through years of hands-on training and mentorship, she advanced her role to registered nurse and now nurse practitioner, gaining a deep understanding of dermatologic care from multiple clinical perspectives.

She has worked closely with Dr. Kessel and the practice’s team of providers, developing strong clinical skills in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions. A member of the American Academy of Dermatology, she was selected to be a part of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society due to her skills and achievements.

Dr. Naseer earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she graduated with honors in 2009. She then moved south to Washington, DC, to attend Georgetown University for her master’s degree in biophysiology. Michelle W. Ma, MD, FAAD is a Board Certified Dermatologist who completed her residency through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in June 2017. We're very excited to have her as a full-time provider at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, located in Plainview, Commack, Manhattan, Upper East Side and Hampton Bays, New York. In her professional and educational work, Dr. Ma has:

Dr. Ma graduated from Cornell University with a degree in biological sciences. She then:

We are excited to welcome Dr. Kalee Shah to MDCS Dermatology! Dr. Shah is double
board-certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery by the American
Board of Dermatology

She grew up in Southern California and graduated as a Presidential and Renaissance
scholar from the University of Southern California. She subsequently moved to New
York to earn her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College. During medical school,
she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and a recipient of the
Glasgow-Rubin Memorial Achievement Award honoring select women for academic
achievement.

Dr. Shah completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and
her dermatology residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. In her
final year, she served as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed
subspecialty fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, and
reconstructive surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell
Medicine. She then became Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery at
Northwell-Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Shah's primary clinical focus is the management of skin cancers including
squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, early-stage melanoma, and rare
cutaneous tumors. She additionally provides medical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology
services. Dr. Shah lives in New York City with her husband and miniature dachshund, Gus.
