About Ms. Meghan Stubbs

Meghan Stubbs, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology at Warrenton Dermatology & Skin Therapy Center in Warrenton, Virginia. Having grown up in the surrounding area, Meghan is grateful for the opportunity to care for patients within the community she has long called home.

Meghan earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Cedarville University, graduating summa cum laude. During her PA education, she was inducted into Pi Alpha, the national honor society for Physician Assistants, in recognition of her academic achievement, leadership, and service. Before PA school, Meghan earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied chemistry and psychology.

Throughout her clinical training, Meghan gained experience across a broad range of medical and surgical specialties, including dermatology, emergency medicine, cardiology, and cardiothoracic surgery. This diverse training strengthened her interest in diagnostic problem-solving and the ways systemic health can manifest through the skin, while her procedural and surgical experiences fostered an appreciation for hands-on patient care and precise surgical technique. Dermatology became a natural fit, allowing her to combine these interests through the diagnosis and management of medical skin conditions, skin cancer detection and treatment, and surgical dermatologic care.

Meghan is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is passionate about providing thoughtful, up-to-date, evidence-based care while ensuring her patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options. Her clinical interests include skin cancer detection, surgical dermatology, complex medical dermatology, and educating patients on sun damage prevention.

Outside of the practice, Meghan enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, taking Pilates classes, and searching for the best food-allergy-friendly bakeries and restaurants she can find.
