Danielle Maskell, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Texas Advance Behavioral Health in Arlington, Texas. With over 29 years of acute care nursing experience, Danielle brings a wealth of expertise to her role, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex mental health conditions across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Her passion lies in providing compassionate care to individuals facing dual diagnoses, underserved communities, and those experiencing severe mental health challenges.

Danielle's commitment to psychiatric care is deeply personal, driven by her professional experiences working with the homeless population and supporting family members with mental health needs. She holds a Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed her clinical practicums at Texas Advance Behavioral Health, MHMR Tarrant County, and Mayhill Hospital. She is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and holds active RN and APRN licenses in Texas.

Throughout her career, Danielle has treated a broad range of conditions, including ADHD, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and PTSD. She is skilled in telehealth services and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Danielle is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of North Texas. Her leadership roles and volunteer work, including contributions to Union Gospel Mission and Habitat for Humanity, reflect her dedication to both patient care and community service.

Eunice Nyamichaba, APRN-CNP, is a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Texas Advance Behavioral Health in Arlington, Texas. With a strong background in behavioral health nursing and a passion for patient-centered care, Eunice specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with complex mental health conditions. She works with patients across all age groups, from children and adolescents to adults and geriatric populations, providing comprehensive mental health care tailored to each individual's needs.

Eunice earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Adventist University. She is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-CNP) with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Handle with Care Crisis Intervention techniques. Her clinical expertise includes crisis intervention, patient assessment, preventative health, and infection control.

Before joining Texas Advance Behavioral Health, Eunice gained extensive experience as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, working in travel nursing roles at John Peter Smith Hospital, Santa Rosa Behavioral Health Hospital, Telecare Crisis Center, and Atascadero State Hospital. She provided acute psychiatric care to diverse patient groups, including those with addiction, forensic psychiatric needs, and long-term mental health disorders.

Known for her leadership and collaborative approach, Eunice has served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and patient advocate. Fluent in English, Kiswahili, and Ekegusii, she is committed to improving mental health outcomes within diverse communities.

Bishwas Upadhyay, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Texas Primary & Pediatric Care in Irving, Texas. Dr. Upadhyay’s philosophy in medicine is to help the body care for itself. He strongly believes in the power of preventive medicine and places high importance on the doctor-patient relationship. He is known for being attentive and articulate, and finds joy in educating and counseling his patients. 

Dr. Upadhyay is originally from the Himalayan country of Nepal. He graduated from Nepalgunj Medical College in Nepal and completed his residency training in internal medicine at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as a chief resident. Afterward, he joined the University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine as an assistant professor of medicine and later served as an academic hospitalist and associate program director for their internal medicine residency program. 

In addition to taking care of his patients in the hospital, Dr. Upadhyay also taught medical students and residents in both hospital and primary care settings. During his tenure as the associate program director at the University of Nevada, he developed a quality improvement and patient safety curriculum. He also coached and mentored residents in their quality improvement and patient safety projects. 

In addition to his board-certification, Dr. Upadhyay is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and received several awards and recognitions throughout his medical career. Dr. Upadhyay is fluent in English, Nepali, Hindi, and Urdu, allowing him to better serve the diverse patient populations in his community.

Outside of work, Dr. Upadhyay loves hiking, spending time with his family, and traveling. He is also an amateur cook.

Dr. Asher Imam, D.O., F.A.A.N., is an experienced neurologist and neurophysiologist, specializing in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, vascular neurology, and sleep medicine. He is also the president and founder of Southlake Neurology & Sleep Wellness Clinic in Southlake, Texas. 

At Southlake Neurology & Neurophysiology Clinic, Dr. Imam focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic neurological disorders, including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and chronic headaches. He also served as the director of Baylor-Grapevine Comprehensive Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders Center in Grapevine, Texas. There, Dr. Imam treated patients with sleep and epileptic disorders while maintaining the integrity of the program by educating staff technicians and their certifications. He also served as a director of neurosciences at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Grapevine, Texas for 9 years where he started the stroke program. Dr. Imam also started the first stroke certified (Joint Commission) in Tarrant County at Medical Center of Arlington. He has been recognized as a Top Doctor by Fort Worth magazine and has received several awards for his compassionate approach to care and his dedication to patient satisfaction. Dr. Imam is a clinical adjunct professor of neurosciences at TCU-UNTHSC School of Medicine.
