Fondly referred to as “Dr. Chuck” by patients and colleagues, Chuck Osuagwu, MD, provides comprehensive internal medicine care to patients at Centerville Medical Center. Dr. Osuagwu attended medical school at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he was awarded numerous honors. He later completed his internal medicine residency at UT Southwestern working at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas VA hospital, and Zale Lipshy University Hospital.
Dr. Osuagwu currently maintains active staff privileges at Baylor Medical Center Garland, Dallas Medical Center, and Lake Pointe Medical Center. He was voted among D-Magazine‘s Best Doctor for 2015 and 2016.

Shahnaz Begum, MD, FACC, is a Board-certified cardiovascular disease specialist. She is an experienced physician who has been practicing cardiology for over 15 years.
Dr. Begum received her medical degree from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical College in New York. She subsequently completed 3 years of training in Internal Medicine followed by another 3 years of specialized training in Cardiovascular disease/cardiology. Harman P. She completed her internship at the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Spokane, Washington (an affiliate of the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA) and then her Residency at SUNY-Buffalo Internal Medicine Residency Program in Buffalo, NY. Her Fellowship Training in Oncology was at the nationally - acclaimed Wilmot Cancer Institute in Rochester, NY. This experienced was followed with a Faculty Position at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Dallas area with her family. She has also co-authored various book chapters in medical textbooks which are used in teaching programs across the country.
