Gitendra Rajiyah, MD, is a double-board-certified internal medicine physician and cardiologist at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, serving patients at the East Orange, New Jersey, office on Evergreen Place. The practice also has offices in West Orange, South Orange, Maplewood, Newark, and Bloomfield, New Jersey. 

Dr. Rajiyah studied at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, earning his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He then spent several years gaining experience in internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, neurology, geriatrics, and psychology.

In 1988, Dr. Rajiyah enrolled at the University of London in the United Kingdom and completed an internal medicine and psychiatry fellowship at the University College Hospital.
