Harman Kular, MD specializes in critical care and pulmonary medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine and board eligible in critical care. Dr. Kular completed all of his medical educaton and training through Baylor College of Medicine, which allowed him to practice in a wide variety of settings within the Texas Medical Center, including the Harris Health System and the Veterans Affairs Health System. Dr. Puppala earned his medical degree from Andhra Pradesh University Of Medical Sciences in India. Dr. Muttiana earned his Bachelor of Science with medical emphasis from DAV College in Jalandhar, India, and received his medical degree from Government Medical College in Amritsar, India. He completed his internship as well as his medical and surgery residency at S.G.T.B. Hospital in Amritsar, India. Afterward, Dr. Muttiana completed an internal medicine residency at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City and a cardiology fellowship at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Dr. Qureshi is a Family Physician board certified by ABFM and has been serving the Galveston County area for the last 8 years at UTMB. 

He served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UTMB where he trained medical students and Family Medicine residents over the years. While at UTMB he received Resident Teacher Award in 2016 and Faculty of the Year Award in 2017.

His passion lies in physical and mental wellness. He is an avid runner and competes in races throughout Texas having completed two marathons and a 70.3 Ironman.
