Lakshmy V. Ayyar, MD, FCCP is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group with one office in Cypress and two in Houston, Texas. Dr. Ayyar is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care, and sleep medicine. Her special interests include pulmonary disease and sleep medicine.
A native of India, Dr. Ayyar’s path to her medical career began at MGM Institute of Health Sciences in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, where she earned her medical degree. Dileep Puppala, MD, FCCP, FAASM, is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group, located in Houston and Cypress, Texas. Dr. Puppala is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. He has been in practice for 12 years throughout northwest Houston.
Dr. Puppala earned his medical degree from Andhra Pradesh University Of Medical Sciences in India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in New York City. Following residency, Dr. Puppala completed a sleep fellowship at Sleep and Wake Disorder Center at New York Hospital - Cornell University, and two pulmonary and critical care fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens.

Sayed Ahmed, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained internal medicine physician at the Renal Clinic of Houston in Katy, Memorial City, and North Cypress, Texas.
Dr. Ahmed earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston in Texas. He then traveled to the Caribbean to earn his doctorate at the Saba University School of Medicine in The Bottom, Saba, Dutch Caribbean. He received specialized training in dialysis modalities, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapies during his fellowship at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Texas Medical Center in Houston. He also received extensive fellowship training in the care of cancer patients with kidney disease and injury at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
