For the first time I came, everyone was very nice. Smiling. Welcoming the place is very clean. Seems organized very respectful. Today, July 16th was my appointment when I arrived, I was seen by the receptionist. warm smile.\nAnd Show moreshe seen me right away , I sign some documents papers , and I only had to wait for about maybe 15 minutes.They took me in, got me prepped up seen by several nurses. it was smooth and nice .I feel very comfortable not nervous. i will recommend patience there.
It was a much needed appt. I was very glad for it. The doctor helped me to see the importance of taking the medication because I took similar meds before & stopped taking them. I realized from that appt if I had continued tShow moreaking the meds, my situation would probably be a lot better today. So thanks doctor. Nurse Practitioners are great as well, but honestly seeing the doctor on visits sometimes works better for me. Thanks to the great & helpful staff at your facility.

Dr and nurses were amazing but admin staff needs to communicate with each other, text confirmation and phone call confirmation and even to emergency contact for confirmation daily is way too much.

After having Dr. Farooq as my Gastro Doc for over a year, it was great news for me that I'm back to what my Maryland Gastro doctor was doing with annual check-ins to ensure that nothing has changed. I was NOT excited about having to do this exam. A+....the staff and team were professional but still personable. Very attentive and it felt genuine. Appointment was 8am. Done by 8:45. No long wait. It took my ride longer to pick me up than the whole visit. Thanks to the entire team for a pleasant patient experience.
Dr. Farooq and his entire team were great! Very informative, answering all of my questions, professional, and overall great. I did not have a long wait time on either appointment and did not feel rushed--Dr. Farooq took time with me to explain my procedure. I have seen Dr. Farooq for several years now. He discovered that I have Barrett's esophagus. No doctor had ever done an endoscopy on me before Dr. Farooq.
