Dr Farooq is awesome. He has been great since my first visit. He's patient and answers all your questions and concerns and makes you feel like you're the only patient He is seeing because he doesn't rush. When I had Show moremy procedure not only was Dr Farooq awesome and caring but his staff are just as caring also. I definitely recommend Dr Farooq. Dr Farooq and his staff are ROCKSTAR CAREGIVERS!!! The facility is very impersonal. The staff was excellent. The doctor performs the procedure and is the anesthesiologist. Of which is where I’m questionable. I woke up in the middle of the procedure and it was very painful and very uncomfortable. This was my second colonoscopy and I have to say it was way worse than my first one..
The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that my visits were smooth and stress-free. During my treatment, Dr. Ahmad Farooq demonstrated exceptional expertise and a genuine concern for my well-being. Their follow-up care was outstanding, and I felt supported every step of the way.
My experience at Dr. Farooq's facility was concerning. Over five months, I underwent multiple procedures, waited more than a month for results, and later learned no tests had been ordered. Communication was poor, with little follow-up and calls routed to an answering service. Staff professionalism was lacking, including issues with IV administration and dismissive behavior. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility.
The staff was very professional and very nice. The nurse's was very very professional at making preparation and making sure I was comfortable for my procedure before and after. I felt very relaxed and comfortable there.
I must mention Dr. Farooq bed side manners. On point ☝️. He met with me before I exited with so much Love and kindness to share his notes and how I should move forward. This was very special to me. This is really important to me.
This business is really good and the staff all made me feel better. I will be returning back in 3 years. This business is a good example of professional service and what this world should be when a business serve this type of life and death medical services. I spoke to several of my friends about the procedure today and they said they will be seeking their referral.

Everyone was nice . Had equipment malfunctioning so wait was longer than expected. Procedure was good.

The office staff is always pleasant and punctual. We get in and out services is always great . Dr Farooq is always attentive and courteous. I would recommend him and his staff without a doubt.
