Todd Perkins, MD, is a reputable neurologist at Riverhills Neuroscience, serving the Anderson office in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Crestview Hills, Kentucky, location. He has more than 40 years of experience in the medical field and specializes in multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, strokes, migraines, and electromyography (EMG).

Dr. Campbell studied at Ohio University in Athens, earning her undergraduate degree in psychology. Then, she enrolled at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and obtained a master’s degree and doctorate in clinical psychology.

Before joining the Riverhills Neuroscience team, Dr. Campbell completed a doctoral internship at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System in California and a two-year postdoctoral adult and geriatric neuropsychology fellowship at the University of Michigan VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System Consortium in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Brittney Dietz, DO is a board-eligible general neurologist joining Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered neurological care to individuals with a wide range of neurologic conditions.
Dr. Dietz earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Dayton before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University. Although she initially envisioned a career as an actuary, she discovered that medicine offered the perfect balance of analytical problem-solving and meaningful patient care.
She was drawn to neurology because of the challenge and satisfaction of localizing neurologic lesions through the physical examination. Ramya Raghavan is a neurologist and epileptologist at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), which staffs convenient locations in Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio. Dr. Raghavan is mainly based out of Kettering Brain and Spine. She joined DCND in 2023. Dr. Raghavan earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University. She completed her residency in neurology at Kettering Health Dayton and a fellowship in epilepsy at the University of Cincinnati.

In 2011, Christina earned her associate's degree in nursing from the Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science (Good Samaritan College-Nursing) in Cincinnati, Ohio, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in Athens. 

Christina furthered her education, obtaining her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati (UC) in 2013. She also achieved her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Cincinnati in 2020.

After graduating cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Neuroscience, Dr. Nanavaty earned a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020. She then completed a neurology residency at the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by a fellowship in epilepsy at Vanderbilt University in 2025.

Throughout her training, Dr. Nanavaty participated in numerous research initiatives and contributed to multiple publications and presentations within the field of neurology. Her professional interests include the diagnosis and management of epilepsy, seizure disorders, and complex neurological conditions.

Michelle Bowman, MD, is an experienced neurologist at the Norwood location of Riverhills Neuroscience in Cincinnati, Ohio. With board certification in neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Bowman's expertise lies in treating multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica, and other autoimmune and inflammatory neurological disorders. 

Dr. Bowman earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio, and her neurology residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, where she also completed an internal medicine internship. She later completed a multiple sclerosis clinical care physician fellowship, sponsored by the National MS Society, at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Bowman is actively involved in advocating for MS-related issues to the Ohio State Senate and is a member of the Ohio State Medical Board. Dr. Patricia Colapietro is a board-certified neurologist with extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient neurology, medical education, and integrative health. She recently served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology and Neurology Site Director at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), where she played a key role in residency training, diversity initiatives, and patient care.

Dr. Colapietro completed her Neurology Residency at the University Hospital, Cincinnati, OH, following an Internal Medicine Internship at Jewish Hospital, Cincinnati, OH. Prior to her medical training in the U.S., she pursued postgraduate education in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain & Palliative Care, and Acupuncture in Brazil.

Dr. Schmerler went to college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology. After graduation, he decided to pursue a medical career and enrolled at the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic in Iowa, obtaining a Doctor of Osteopathy.

Tabatha Sik, LISW, is a licensed independent social worker at the Rein Center, an integrative psychiatry practice based in Iowa City, Iowa. She has a passion for learning and incorporating various techniques into her treatment approach.   

Ever since childhood, Tabatha has enjoyed helping others. As she grew older, she became fascinated by people's stories and loved hearing about their life experiences. She soon realized that her heart was leading her to become a therapist. 

Tabatha earned her Bachelor of Arts in social work and English. She then pursued her Master of Social Work at Baylor University. 

Since her time at Baylor, she's worked at a community health center and in private practice, seeing clients with all sorts of different life experiences. Tabatha has also received her teaching certification and was a teacher before joining Rein Center.

Tabatha specializes in helping patients who are experiencing adjustment difficulties, adoption-related issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, job-related stress, chronic medical conditions, and trauma and PTSD.
