Dr. Belkina attended the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City University of New York before earning her medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Throughout her training and career, Dr. Belkina has been recognized for her excellence in both education and research. She served as chief resident in obstetrics and gynecology and received the Excellence in Research Award from the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG). She is fluent in Russian, proficient in English, and can communicate in Spanish in a conversational medical setting.

Katy Hagan, CNM, WHNP-BC, is a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting women through pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond. She provides expert care to patients at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, with locations in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two offices in Flemington, New Jersey.
Katy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware. She spent five years as a labor and delivery nurse in Pennsylvania, gaining hands-on experience in maternal care. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania and launched her career as a nurse midwife in New Jersey.
Katy provides comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care for women at every stage of life. Her services include well-woman exams, family planning, menopause management, and prenatal care. As a certified first assistant for cesarean sections, she also plays a key role in supporting women who require surgical birth.
Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, Katy is passionate about empowering women to make informed choices about their health and birth experiences. She believes in creating a supportive and respectful environment where women feel heard, valued, and cared for.
Now living in Hunterdon County with her husband, two children, and their labradoodle, Katy is excited to serve her local community and provide exceptional women’s health care close to home.
Gabriella Messina, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist with Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, caring for patients at offices in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two locations in Flemington, New Jersey.
Dr. Messina provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, postpartum, and routine women’s health services for patients at every stage of life. She is also trained in robotic-assisted surgery for the management of various gynecologic conditions.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Alvernia University and her Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Dr. Messina completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident Physician. During her training, she was honored with awards for Leadership in Quality Improvement and Excellence in Medical Education.

Dr. Kara Goglia is a compassionate, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist proudly serving patients at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, with locations in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two offices in Flemington, New Jersey. She cares for individuals of all ages and backgrounds—including adolescents and members of the LGBTQ+ community—with a special focus on cervical health, minimally invasive surgery, contraception, and general obstetrics.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Goglia began her academic journey at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where she was recognized as a Presidential Scholar. She went on to earn her medical degree from Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine in Illinois, then returned to New Jersey to complete her residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. During her residency, she received honors for both her surgical skills and her dedication to patient care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Goglia has contributed to the field through research published in the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners—recognitions that speak to her commitment to excellence in women’s health.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Goglia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two children, and their two dogs—one of whom is a beloved rescue. She loves curling up with a good book, getting creative with crafts, and cheering on her kids at their sports games—her favorite way to spend the weekend.
Deirdre Masterton, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and has been with Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology since 2011. She sees patients at our Flemington and Lebanon offices. Patients trust Dr. Masterton with a wide range of conditions and concerns, ranging from family planning to problematic bleeding to navigating the menopausal transition. She is an accomplished laparoscopic surgeon.
She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Washington and Lee University and her medical training at New York University. She completed her residency training at Women & Infants’ Hospital, affiliated with Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Throughout her education and her career, Dr. Masterton has received numerous awards for her excellence, including the New York University President’s Service Award, the Leonard J. Tow Humanism in Medicine Student Award, the Resident Award for Excellence in Pelvic Surgery, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Award for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures. She was also a National Health Service Corps Scholar and spent time working for the Indian Health Service on the Blackfeet Reservation in northwest Montana.
Dr. Masterton loves spending time outdoors with her family at sporting events, hiking, or toiling in her vegetable garden. She became an Ob/Gyn because she wanted to develop long-term patient relationships, to work with her hands, and to help women understand their bodies and live their best lives.

Chike Obianwu, MD, serves Alliance OB/GYN, located in Hainesport and Delran, New Jersey, as board-certified OB/GYN and cosmetic surgeon with advanced training in minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery, and a special interest in fibroid management. He also has extensive experience in high-risk obstetrics.
Dr. Obianwu received in Bachelor of Science in microbiology from Tulsa University, before going on to get his doctorate of medicine from Ross University. Following medical school, Dr. Obianwu completed a fellowship in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Obianwu is a Fellow of the American College of Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Cosmetic Surgery. He’s also a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Society for Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and American Academy for Cosmetic Surgeons.
Before joining the team at Alliance OB/GYN, Dr. Obianwu worked in academics for over 20 years. During that time, he taught, among other places, at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo New York, as a clinical assistant professor. Today, he spends some time as a clinical assistant professor at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
From 2006 to 2016, Dr. Obianwu worked as the chief of Obstetrics at Virtua-Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, New Jersey. While there, he sat on several committees, took on a variety of leadership roles, and piloted the hospital’s da Vinci® robotic surgery program. He continues to serve on the Virtua Hospital Robotic Steering Committee.
