Dr. Miguel Martinez has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1983. He provides gynecological services, pregnancy and labor care to OB/GYN patients of all ages at Femhealth Group, located in Miramar, Florida.

About Dr. Gari

Vicente Gari, MD FACOG, is a dedicated OB/GYN at Miami Women's Health Associates. Taking a modern approach to women's health, Dr. Gari provides innovative, patient-focused care to women throughout Miami, Florida.

Dr. Gari was born and raised in Miami. As a graduate with honors from Christopher Columbus High School, he attended the University of Miami for his undergraduate studies in pre-medicine from 1998 to 2002. He later attended the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, where he graduated with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude, and received his Doctor of Medicine.

With an interest in minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Gari went on to the Cleveland Clinic for one year to complete a research fellowship, where he published two research projects, including a podium presentation. In 2011, he was accepted by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital residency program to further pursue his devotion for the specialty.

In his Chief year, he was awarded the prestigious "Mary Jo O'Sullivan, M.D. Resident Research Award." Dr. Gari then received his board certification from the Florida Board of Medicine to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology in the state of Florida.

About Dr. Duarte

Jhonathan Duarte, MD, is a women’s health specialist at Miami Women's Health Associates, serving the communities of Miami, Florida, who strongly believes in giving his patients individualized attention and treating them as though they are his own family.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Dr. Duarte was raised primarily in Miami, where his family moved when he was very young. He attended university and earned his medical degree at the Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, where he graduated cum laude.

After completing medical school, Dr. Duarte came back to the United States and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Miami, Dr. Valdes’ love for medicine started at an early age as the son of a neonatologist (a doctor who cares for newborns).

Dr. Naomi Ufberg received her BA from New York University in 2004 and a Masters in Public Health from UC Berkeley in 2006. She went on to continue her studies at Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University where she received her MD in 2010. 

Dr. Ufberg completed her residency in OB/GYN at the Hofstra North Shore/LIJSchool of Medicine. Here she received the award for excellence in teaching and education. She has remained passionate about educating women from the teen years through childbearing years and on through perimenopause and menopause; helping them to understand and take charge of their reproductive health. She has had the fortune of working in the field of maternal health with various populations abroad including Haiti, Guatemala, Thailand and Israel.

Dr Ufberg is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After completing her residency training she worked in private practice in New York City for several years before moving to Florida in 2017. Since then she has been serving the South Florida community.

Dr. Ufberg is committed to creating a comfortable and open environment for her patients to receive comprehensive care.

Dr. Silfen completed his undergraduate education at Baylor University and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital/Case Western Reserve University where he received specialized training in his areas of expertise. Charla O’Neil, ARNP, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Charla has been a Certified Nurse Midwife for over 29 years and has a wealth of knowledge in caring for women of all ages. She performs hospital births and full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.

Her past experience includes teaching obstetrics in nursing school, building a midwifery service in a hospital setting, being director of midwifery for a hospitalist group, and private practice. 

She has an outstanding academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington and a Master of Science degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Illinois. Her residency was in Midwifery at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. 

Charla is board-certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) and is a certified first assistant in obstetrical and gynecology surgery. She is licensed as an Advanced Registered Practice Nurse in the state of Florida, specializing in midwifery.

Charla’s specialty training includes office colposcopy, minor gynecological procedures, circumcisions, diabetes, ultrasound, 3D ultrasounds, and vaginal birth after a C-section (VBAC).

Charla has always been an advocate for her patients and understands the importance of continuity of care. She believes midwifery care provides excellent education to all patients. Dr. Robert C. Siudmak is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over 40 years of experience in comprehensive OB/GYN care. Throughout his career, he has successfully performed thousands of gynecological and obstetric procedures.

Since 1985, Dr. Siudmak has served the South Florida community through his private practice, Total Women’s Healthcare, with locations in Hollywood and Pembroke Pines. His approach to women’s health is rooted in conservative intervention and organ preservation, delivered in a compassionate and patient-centered environment that generations of families have come to trust.
