Tushar Shetty, MD joined the team at Capital Women's Care Frederick in 2024. Raised in Metro Detroit, Dr. Shetty completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Science in both Neuroscience and Spanish in 2014. He then worked as a secondary education teacher through Teach for America in Southwest Detroit. Through that experience, he gained an interest in health education, especially in teen pregnancy as the school accommodated pregnant students. This brought him to medicine, where he completed his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2020, further growing his passion for women's health. He stayed in Detroit to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Detroit Medical Center - Hutzel Women's Hospital in 2024.
Dr. Shetty is passionate about holistic obstetric and gynecologic care, offering comprehensive services and acute care. He is training in minimally invasive surgery. His interests include uterine fibroids management and contraceptive care. He understands his unique position as a provider allows him to serve as an advocate for women, and aspires to provide longitudinal care from adolescence to post-menopause. He looks forward to serving the Frederick community.

Dr. Leonard Bienkowski provides gynecology services to patients in Frederick, Mount Airy & Urbana, Maryland. He is a member of the staff at Capital Women’s Care.
Dr. Bienkowski earned his medical degree at the Academy of Medicine in Wroclaw, Poland, where he graduated in 1982. Dr. Bienkowski later completed his residency at St. Agnes Hospital and the University of Maryland Hospital in 1986. Although he has studied all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology during his career, his primary areas of interest include endometrial ablation, natural hormone therapy, and menopause. In his spare time, Dr. Bienkowski enjoys reading, sports, and travel. He has 2 children.

Dr. Renee Thomas-Spencer provides obstetric and gynecology services to patients in Mount Airy and Frederick, Maryland. She is an experienced physician and a member of the staff at Capital Women’s Care.
Dr. Thomas-Spencer earned a bachelor’s of science degree in biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she graduated in 1993. Dr. Thomas-Spencer also served in the 2290th United States Army Reserves Unit during the Desert Storm War in 1991.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Dr. Thomas-Spencer went to medical school at Howard University College of Medicine, where she graduated in 1999. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine and Grady Memorial Hospital in 2003.
Dr. Thomas-Spencer’s areas of interest include laparoscopic procedures, minimally-invasive procedures, and adolescent gynecology. She’s Board Certified from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Thomas-Spencer is married and has 1 daughter. She grew up in Frederick, Maryland, and she is excited and proud to be practicing medicine in her hometown.

Dr. Amy Heyman is a valued member of the medical staff at Capital Women’s Care. She provides a number of different services for patients in and around Frederick, Mount Airy & Urbana, Maryland.
Dr. Heyman completed 4 years of undergraduate training at Michigan State University. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she attended medical school at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After medical school, Dr. Heyman completed her internship and residency at the Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Her professional interests include minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, adolescent gynecology, and menopausal gynecology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching movies, traveling, and being outdoors.

Dr. Gerrit Schipper is a dedicated member of the staff at Capital Women’s Care. Although he is no longer performing deliveries, he offers a number of other valuable services to patients in and around the area of Mount Airy and Frederick, Maryland.
Before beginning his career in Maryland, Dr. Schipper attended the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico. He graduated from university in 1979 and obtained his medical degree from the Track V Program at the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Schipper completed both his internship and residency at South Baltimore General Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
During his medical training, Dr. Schipper studied the fields of obstetrics and gynecology in detail. His areas of interest include vaginal surgery, operative laparoscopy, female incontinence, and pelvic floor disorders. RADHA RANI PADHY, MD, MPH, FACOG-MIGS, joined Capital Women's Care (Division 33) in Frederick, MD in September 2022.
Dr. Padhy graduated from the American University of Antigua in 2014, and completed her residency in 2018 at Hofstra University/Northwell Medical Center in Staten Island, NY. She then earned a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. In 2024, Dr. Padhy was certified as a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
Dr. Padhy has a passion for the treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic adhesive disease, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, infertility, menopause and bladder issues. She also works with Gynecologic Oncologists for gynecologic cancer management and care.
Dr. Padhy treats and welcomes patients for routine obstetric and gynecologic care. In her free time, Dr. Padhy enjoys making jokes, dancing with her husband, walking her dogs, and running after her two small children.

Bryan Yingling, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology. He has been offering his services to May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania, at its Lancaster location for over 30 years. Today, he also works at the practice’s Brownstown and Intercourse, Pennsylvania offices.

Laura Good, MD, is a beloved part-time board-certified gynecologist working at May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology's Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Lititz, Pennsylvania locations.
Dr. Good received her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pennsylvania followed by completing her residency at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in the city of Richmond. She has hospital privileges at Lancaster General Women and Babies Hospital and Lancaster General Hospital.
Dr. Good prides herself on being open-minded and sincere while speaking with her patients about their private and intimate concerns. Additionally, she makes sure every woman feels as comfortable as possible throughout pelvic examinations. Dr. Stenman began his journey toward becoming a physician while he completed his undergraduate degree at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Afterward, he received his medical education at Jefferson Medical College located in Philadelphia and stayed in the same area to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital.

Elizabeth Roth, MD, is a compassionate obstetrician and gynecologist at May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is proud to provide a wide range of services to women in Intercourse, Norlanco, and Good Drive, Pennsylvania. Dr. Roth received her doctorate of medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2016. She then completed her residency training at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, located just outside of Philadelphia.
She is passionate about using an individualized approach to care regarding each woman’s health. Dr. Roth values communication with her patients and strives to build a trusting relationship with them, as well as to promote patient education.
