Allison Bradley-Amore, DO, FACOOG is a board-certified ObGyn physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine who joined Premier ObGyn in 2018.
Dr. Bradley-Amore's career as an ObGyn was inspired by her personal experience with endometriosis and the care she received from an adolescent ObGyn as a teenager. Her passion led her to pursue a Master's in Science at Tufts University after graduating from Davidson College. She then worked as a bench scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital and graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as chief resident during her residency at Osceola Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Bradley-Amore enjoys all aspects of ObGyn care and excels at minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, treating menopause, and helping patients choose the best contraceptive option for them, including sterilization.

Erin Manglardi, MD, MPH, is an OB/GYN practicing at Premier OB-GYN, located in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is overjoyed to return to work in her hometown.
Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can. They love watching their boys grow up in the place they both have always called home.
Dr. Manglardi is excited to take care of women throughout all stages and has a specific interest in obstetrics and robotic surgery. Obstetrics and gynecology has always been so rewarding for her, and she cannot wait to grow as a physician at Premier OB-GYN.
Alex Otto, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined Premier OB-GYN – which has locations in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida – in 2024. Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.
Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, mental health, and the female athlete.
Dr. Otto is married to her husband, Nate, and has a daughter, Skylar, who is the light of her life! In her free time, Dr. Otto can be found at a local coffee shop, working out, spending time with family in New Smyrna Beach, or spoiling her greyhounds, Boomer and Malibu.

Dorothy Bestoyong, DO, brings a wealth of experience to the team at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is excited to serve patients throughout Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida.
Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida.
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident.
Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. During her time in residency, she received certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, as well as the Da Vinci Robotic System. She is also passionate about wellness in residency training and the medical field.
When she’s not at work, you can find her trying out local restaurants, playing tennis, working out (especially pilates), and spending time with her husband.
Matthew Wollenschlaeger, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined the Premier Obstetrics and Gynecology team in 2020. He is proud to provide high-quality care to the women in our Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL locations.
Originally from Ocala, Florida, Dr. Wollenschlaeger attended undergraduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. He returned to Florida to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
Dr. Wollenschlaeger completed his medical degree at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He went on to complete his OB/GYN training at Orlando Health, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, where he was the Chief Quality Resident.

Silpa Senchani, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women’s Health Specialists of Central Florida, with locations in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Longwood, and Orlando, Florida.
