“Dr. Pham is amazing! However, the staff at the Pomona location gave me lots of trouble. I called to make an appointment, and when I came, I was told there was no appointment for me. The staff did not submit it through. I took the day off of work to make time for this appointment, but the office manager had a “that’s not my problem” attitude, although it was the fault of the office, not mine! She would not let me in for the day. I left and I ended up called the Ontario location and rescheduling my appointment.”
