Jennifer Mosmen, MD, FACOG, is committed to helping women get the cutting-edge obstetrics and gynecology treatments they need, paired with compassionate, empathetic care. She tailors her approach to each of her patients at Albany Obstetrics & Gynecology in Albany, New York. This ensures every woman she treats has the support and services she needs to reach her women’s health goals.
Dr. Mosmen earned her Bachelor of Arts at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, before continuing on to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington. She completed both her residency and fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology at Connecticut’s Hartford Hospital.
Today, she is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association. She also has an appointment at St. Peter’s Hospital, the very hospital in which she was born. She loves serving the community that helped raise her and is committed to helping women throughout Albany lead healthy, fruitful lives.
She delivers gynecology and obstetric care to women in all seasons of life. That said, she is particularly dedicated to helping adolescent women get comfortable, convenient gynecological care. Dr. Mosmen also specializes in treating vulvar disorders and high-risk obstetric patients.

Nicole D. Coluccio, MD, FACOG, is happy to be joining Albany Obstetrics & Gynecology in Albany, New York. She brings 16 years of experience in gynecology and obstetrics, with expertise in treating patients struggling with menorrhagia, endometriosis, fertility issues, and PCOS. She believes in compassionate, empathetic care of all women, including transgender.
Dr. Coluccio completed her medical education at Georgetown University Medical School in Washington, D.C., after which she completed her residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and holds an appointment at St. Peter’s Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Coluccio is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, and the Medical Society of the State of New York. She is also a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Dr. Coluccio is certified in electronic fetal monitoring and nuchal translucency.
Dr. Coluccio truly enjoys treating patients through all stages of their life – adolescent, child-bearing, perimenopausal, and menopausal. After understanding each patient’s specific concerns and health and wellness goals, Dr. Coluccio develops a treatment plan to meet their unique needs that goes beyond medication or surgery.
Utilizing a more holistic approach, Dr. Coluccio may recommend supplements, meditation, acupuncture and/or yoga to meet the specific needs of her patients. She also provides minimally invasive surgery when possible. Dr. Coluccio’s patients frequently state that she is caring, patient, honest, straightforward, and presents all of the available options.
A native of Western New York, Dr. Coluccio has made her home in Albany, New York, for the last twenty years with her husband and twin boy and girl. Much of her compassion comes from dealing with her own past fertility issues and a family history of breast cancer.
At Albany Obstetrics & Gynecology in Albany, New York, Helen H.T. Vu, MD, MBA, FACOG, serves her patients with attentive, empathetic care. She has years of experience in gynecology and obstetrics, with expertise in treating patients struggling with infertility or living with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
To begin building the expertise she uses to help her patients today, Dr. Vu completed her medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She stayed connected to the local community for her residency and fellowship, completing both at the Albany Medical Center Hospital.
She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and holds an appointment at St. Peter’s Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Vu is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Medical Society of the State of New York.
Patients who often feel rushed or dismissed at the doctor’s office find Dr. Vu’s care a refreshing change of pace. She listens attentively to each woman’s specific concerns, health and wellness goals, and overarching wants and needs. She then develops a treatment plan to meet their unique needs.
