Caroline Paster graduated from the Midwifery Education Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she received the Spirit of Midwifery Award along with Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Caroline received her Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University and completed a post-baccalaureate at New York University. Caroline previously worked as a midwife at Coney Island Hospital servicing a diverse population of patients. She was recently awarded the 2016 Outstanding Preceptor Award from the American College of Nurse Midwives.
