Dr. Ghodsi earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1996. Lindy H. Hoang, O.D. is a Board Certified optometrist. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry (NECO) and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of California, Riverside. Rheela Kim, O.D. was born and raised in San Diego, California. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine. After graduating, she began a career in hospitality before realizing her true passion lies in serving patients through healthcare. Dr. Kim went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with honors as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.

Siuchi Suen, O.D. is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. Her experience includes diagnosing and managing a wide range of eye conditions, including refractive errors (nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism), amblyopia, dry eye, red eyes, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Suen is a proud alumna from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology and a minor in East Asian Studies. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2010 from the University of California Berkeley with recognition by the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Suen is excited to join the team at OC Eye Associates. After many years of dedicated service, Jeannine W. Scheinhorn, MD has decided to embark on a new chapter in life: retirement. We extend our heartfelt congratulations and gratitude for the years of trust and care you've placed in Dr. Scheinhorn.

Dr. Scheinhorn received her Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University in New Orleans, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She was also cited by the American Medical Women’s Association for scholastic achievement. She completed her residency in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University Eye Center in New Orleans.

Dr. Scheinhorn served the community of Glendale, California for over 30 years. She was voted Best Ophthalmologist, Glendale in 2017 and 2018. She has also been honored for her dedication and support of Glendale Healthy Kids.

Mary Demirjian, OD, is a dedicated and compassionate optometrist at Wide Eye Optometry. Families in the Encino neighborhood in Los Angeles, Santa Clarita or Palmdale, California, have a valuable resource in Dr. Demijiran for their vision needs. 

Dr. Demirjian was born and raised in San Fernando Valley. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from California State University, Northridge in the Northridge neighborhood of Los Angelos, California.

After graduation, she pursued her optometry education at Marshall B. Ketchum University's Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California, where she received her doctorate of optometry (OD). 

Her experiences include providing vision care in the optometry department at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, as well as the Optometric Center of Los Angeles. 

Dr. Demirjian takes great pride in working with the most experienced surgeons and state-of-the-art technology. To stay current with the latest insights into optometry, she is an active member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society.

Dr. Demirjian is trained and licensed to prescribe diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceuticals for vision issues. She can also diagnose, treat and help manage glaucoma. Throughout her career, she has co-managed LASIK procedures as well. 

With each patient who comes into her care, she enjoys discussing with them their goals and benefits of each procedure. Dr. Demirjian can speak fluent English, Armenian, and Spanish with patients while coordinating their vision care.  

When she’s not helping patients at Wide Eye Optometry, Dr. Demirjian enjoys traveling and spend quality time with her husband and their children.
