Joshua Rotenberg, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist with unique triple subspecialty certification in epilepsy, brain injury and sleep medicine. Vy Ngo, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Rosenberg, Texas. She joined the practice in 2022.
