Dr. Mimi Kuriakose and her husband, Luke opened Las Vegas Pediatrics in 2023. Dr. Mimi decided to work in primary care after previously working in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Sunrise Children’s Hospital for 8 years. Dr. Mimi enjoyed her job in the emergency room and is adept in taking care of a wide range of illnesses including critically ill children, asthmatics, injuries/broken bones/laceration repairs, abdominal pain and appendicitis, along with minor illness. She now is happy to take care of children in her clinic, where she can watch her patients grow and thrive from infancy to adolescence, as well as treat them when they are sick!
Dr. Mimi spends much of her free time taking care of her 6 children by chauffeuring them to all their sports, music, and activities. She also enjoys fine arts (both viewing in galleries and museums and creating artwork herself), and likes to travel, cook, cycle and stay physically active.

With more than 20 years of experience, Juan Wantig, MD, is a dedicated bilingual pediatrician managing the wellness and sick care of pediatric patients.
Dr. Wantig began his studies at Universidad Mayor de San Andres, then completed his residency training with Texas Tech University and University of Hawaii. He was a private practice owner and lead physician in Bolivia prior to moving to the states where he continued his pediatric care in Chicago then bringing his experience to Las Vegas.

Nathan Giles, DO, FAAP is a pediatrician caring for children in the Las Vegas community. Dr. Giles graduated with his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He then received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. After graduating medical school he completed a pediatric residency program at the University of New Mexico Hospital. After completing his residency, Dr. Giles moved to Las Vegas to begin work at Nevada Pediatric Specialists. He is excited and proud to be working with the families of Las Vegas. He strives to provide high-quality care to infants, children and adolescents through all their stages of growth and development. He enjoys sharing his medical knowledge with his patients and their families.
