She did her residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL. After moving from the east coast to California she continued her education by obtaining her Master of Public Health degree at UC Berkeley. She has gotten additional training in trauma-informed care and ADHD. She has successfully run ADHD clinics for almost 15 years. She is also a member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder). In her "free time," she enjoys gardening, dancing, music, and creating art. She then advanced her expertise with a Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
