Megan Reynolds, CPNP-PC, is a caring and knowledgeable pediatric nurse practitioner who’s a highly valued member of the Valencia Pediatrics family, treating patients at the practice’s office in Victorville, California, also serving patients in the High Desert area of Hesperia and Apple Valley. Megan joined our team of primary care providers in February of 2014.
Megan graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a minor in anthropology. She stayed on at CSULB to earn her Master of Science in nursing, where she also served as the class representative of the California Nursing Student Association. Additionally, she was a member of the General Pediatrics Partnership Council at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach during her education.
After finishing her training and before joining the family at Valencia Pediatrics, Megan worked as a registered nurse in the general pediatrics unit at Miller Children’s Hospital & Women’s Hospital, where she gained invaluable experience treating a wide range of pediatric patients.
Erica Chen, MD, is a board-certified allergy and immunology specialist practicing at the Allergy and Asthma Specialist Doctors, Inc. location in West Covina, California. Her practice is centered around the treatment of allergic diseases, including nasal allergies and asthma.
Dr. Chen earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. Subsequently, she completed her combined internal medicine pediatric residency and allergy and immunology fellowship training at the Los Angeles County Hospital at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Chen is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed scientific presentations and publications. She also holds numerous professional society memberships, including the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Sindu Pillai, MD, is an award-winning pediatrician who provides care at her private practice, Dr. Sindu Pillai, MD Inc., which has two offices in Murrieta, California. Dr. Pillai’s love for children and the desire to help them grow into healthy adults motivated her to choose a career in pediatrics.
After graduating from TD Medical College in Alappuzha, India, with a gold medal award (award for earning the highest marks in all subjects), Dr. Pillai relocated to the United States. She moved to Chicago, Illinois, to complete her pediatric residency at Cook County Hospital.
Before opening her practice in the Temecula Valley in 1998, Dr. Pillai practiced general pediatrics in the western suburbs of Chicago.
Dr. Pillai’s compassionate care for her patients has not gone unnoticed. She received the best pediatrician award five years in a row and is an award winner from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) PREP®.
Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Pillai is an attending physician for the Family Medicine Residency, Newborn Nursery UHS Southern California Medical Education Consortium in Temecula, California. She’s also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).
Dr. Pillai is married and has two children. She has a passion for classical music and dance and is a patron of Indian dance and music. In her free time, she enjoys being with her friends and family and organizing and participating in various cultural activities in her community.

She has had a keen eye for artistry since childhood, starting from being a classically trained artist. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of California Berkeley with a major in Molecular and Cell Biology and a minor in Art History. During medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern, she published papers with world-renowned plastic surgeon and former editor-in-chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery journal (the top journal in the field), Dr. Rod Rohrich. Her meticulous nature, extraordinary calmness, and friendly demeanor gained from close to a decade of working as a board-certified pediatrician in Orange County and doing some of the most delicate procedures on tiny babies will put the most anxious patients at ease. She is thrilled to help patients map out a comprehensive treatment plan to achieve their individual aesthetic goals and explain various nonsurgical procedures in detail.
