She’s been a board-certified pediatrician since 1996 and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Dela Cruz, or Dr. Lily as patients call her, completed her residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and electives at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr. Dela Cruz won the Tribune Star Readers’ Choice Award for Best Pediatrician for 2016 and 2017. She’s dedicated to providing compassionate and loving care for all of her patients at Midwest Child and Adolescent Specialty Group, PC.
Aside from practicing general pediatrics, she also participates in child advocacy initiatives. She’s made numerous contributions to charities that help children, and she’s passionate about serving special needs children. She’s also a loving mother of three daughters in college, all of whom she’s very close to.

Dr. Dela Cruz, or Dr. Lito as many patients call him, offers care for children of all ages, including infants and adolescents. Dr. Lito has an active neurophysiology practice that provides EEG, EMG, MCV, Evoked Potentials, video EEG, and ambulatory EEG. He completed his residency in general pediatrics at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and John Hopkins Hospital. He’s been a board-certified general pediatrician since 1996, and a board-certified neurologist with a special qualification in child neurology since 1997. Dr. Lito is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the AAP Subcommittee on Developmental Disabilities.
Dr. Dela Cruz is devoted to helping children in general: He’s made several contributions to charities that are dedicated to helping children in need. He’s also a loving father to three college-age daughters.
