Haley began her professional education at the University of Georgia in Athens, earning her Bachelor of Science in psychology. Afterward, she enrolled at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and earned her Master of Science in physician assistant studies. 

Haley joined ENT of Athens in 2018. She proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery.

Morgan began her professional education at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, earning her Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences and graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then enrolled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing her Master of Science in physician assistant studies. 

Morgan is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Physician Assistants and The Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology — Head and Neck. 

Morgan served two years as an ear, nose, and throat physician assistant in Macon, Georgia, before joining the team at ENT of Athens in 2021. She enjoys getting to know the people in her care and always takes time to understand their symptoms and goals for treatment. 

When she isn’t working, Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.

About Dr. Yoo

Jae Yoo, MD, is an experienced interventional pain management specialist at North of Atlanta Pain Clinic, located in Duluth, Georgia. Dr. Yoo graduated with his medical degree from the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine. Afterward, he completed an internship at Nassau University Medical Center in New York and his residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University.

He was also fellowship-trained at the Medical College of Georgia. He is one of the few board-certified physicians with multiple specialties, including pain, neuromuscular, sports, rehabilitation, and electrodiagnostic medicine.

As the medical director of North of Atlanta Pain Clinic, Dr. Yoo always strives to provide the best possible care for his patients and adapts the most up-to-date knowledge and techniques to improve the quality of life for patients in pain.

Dr. Yoo is a member of the American Board of Physical Medicine, the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the American Board of Pain Medicine.

Paul Chang, MD, is a board-certified pain management specialist with an additional certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Since 2013, he has served chronic pain patients at Pain Care, LLC,  located in Stockbridge, Lawrenceville, Newnan & Johns Creek, GA.

Dr. Chang attended medical school at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of California, Irvine. He later completed an additional pain management fellowship at Loma Linda University. 

Pain management has always been important to Dr. Chang. At a young age, he witnessed his grandmother suffer chronic pain from pancreatic cancer treatments. Today, he continues to participate in cutting-edge research and training to discover new, effective pain management treatments for his patients with chronic pain.

Dr. Chang treats a number of occupational and sports injuries, which include all types of back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. Specialized treatments that he performs include minimally invasive spinal surgeries, spinal cord stimulation, discography, radiofrequency neurotomy, sacroiliac joint fusions, peripheral nerve stimulation, and all types of pain injections.

Dr. Chang is also one of the few physicians in the U.S. trained to treat patients with evidence-based devices. Dr. Tochukwu Ibe, DO, MPH, MS

Dr. Ibe is a dedicated and compassionate interventional pain specialist committed to restoring function, alleviating suffering, and improving the quality of life for her patients. She brings a rich background in anesthesiology, internal medicine, and public health to her practice, blending evidence-based medicine with a patient-centered approach.

A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Ibe also holds dual master’s degrees in Public Health and Medical Science with a focus on Women’s Health. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Florida, where she also served as Chief Resident and contributed to numerous academic presentations, leadership initiatives, and clinical quality improvement projects.

Dr. Ibe is especially skilled in diagnosing and managing complex pain conditions, with a special interest in minimally invasive procedures that help patients regain mobility and independence which she learned during her Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Chicago.

Dr. Ibe’s passion for education and equity in healthcare is reflected in her extensive teaching experience and published research. Her clinical philosophy emphasizes listening to the individual needs of each patient and working collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans.

 Dr. Clinton Wilkinson is an Interventional Pain Management specialist at Pain Care, LLC, dedicated to providing compassionate care to improve the lives of his patients.

Dr. Wilkinson completed his medical education at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Following this, he pursued residency training in Anesthesia at the University of Florida, where he served as Chief Resident. During his residency, Dr. Wilkinson was honored with the title of Resident Educator of the Year for his dedication to medical education and leadership in patient care.

Furthering his expertise in pain management, Dr. Wilkinson completed an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Virginia.
