He can also provide the latest innovative regenerative medicine treatments with PRP and stem cells.
Dr. Chang is also one of the few physicians in the U.S. trained to treat patients with evidence-based devices. With a multidisciplinary approach to care, Dr. Chang believes pain treatment should be individualized for each patient. Rather than rely on medication, he strives to uncover the root cause of a patient’s pain for effective treatment.

Great, patient Doctor
First time back since surgery.
The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Pulido took a decent amount of time inquiring about my pain, medical history, and past procedures and explained the benefit of pain control in the medicine that I take for depression. He also took the time to discuss options for my non-functioning Spinal Cord Stimulator.
Listens to people & explains everything
