Dr Saurabh Dang is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties. A graduate of Hamilton College, in Clinton, NY, Dr Dang completed his internship in General Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY. While in his Fellowship, Dr. Shupper developed his skillset in minimally invasive spinal procedures, including radiofrequency ablation and neuromodulation. He was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society (AΩA). Dr. Shupper is currently an editorial board member for the Pain Physician Journal.
Dr. Shupper helps his patients return to and optimally perform their chosen activities while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. His goals for his patients are to maximize function while minimizing pain. Dr. Shupper treats patients with spine (neck, midback, low back, and buttock) pain as well as musculoskeletal issues (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle/foot). Dr. Shupper utilizes both conservative and minimally invasive interventions, including ultrasound, fluoroscopically guided procedures, and neuromodulation.
Dr. Romello is a Board-Certified Physiatrist and Fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Interventional Pain Management.
Dr. Romello earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania. Originally from New York, she completed her medical school training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) at the New York Institute of Technology. Dr. Romello was a member of the Honor Society, Psi Sigma Alpha. While there, she was selected as an Undergraduate Fellow in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) where she stayed for an additional year instructing first and second year medical students in the OMM laboratory. In addition, she gained further clinical hours on campus treating patients.
Dr. Romello then completed her internship at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Islip New York, followed by her residency in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UMDNJ Newark, and Kessler Institute. She remained at UMDNJ/Kessler for her fellowship in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Interventional Spine. During this time, she also received additional subspecialty training in interventional spinal procedures, musculoskeletal ultrasound, electrodiagnostic medicine and sports medicine.
Dr. Romello strives to deliver comprehensive care and values the time spent with each patient. Her goal is to provide individualized treatment with a focus on lifestyle while taking a collaborative approach with her patients, offering knowledge and guidance throughout their recovery. She performs electrodiagnostic testing (EMG) and musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic purposes. In addition, she utilizes ultrasound for therapeutic purposes providing guidance for joint and peritendinous injections, as well as peripheral nerve blocks. As part of non-operative care of spinal conditions, she administers lumbar nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac injections, and trigger point injections. She also has an interest in regenerative medicine and performs ultrasound guided procedures including percutaneous needle tenotomy and platelet rich plasma injections.
Dr. Romello is an active member of professional societies including the American academy of physical medicine and rehabilitation (AAPM&R) and the North American Spine Society (NASS). She currently serves as the secretary/treasurer of the New Jersey Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Margaret Donlon is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She earned her B.S. degree from Middlebury College and a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from Yale University.
Dr. Donlon completed her medical school training at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Dr. Donlon subsequently pursued her Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark NJ at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. She received additional training in the practice of Medical Acupuncture at the Helms Medical Institute in Berkeley, CA.
Dr. Donlon sees patients in several area inpatient rehabilitation facilities. She also has a passion for caring for patients with the goal of reducing pain and improving function.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Donlon believes strongly in public service/public health and giving back to her local community. She currently serves as a Town Councilwoman for Ocean Township NJ and is a member of numerous local environmental committees.
